Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NSK cylindrical roller bearings are divided into single row bearings such as Nu, NJ, NUP, N, NF and double row bearings of NNU and NN according to whether the ferrule has a flange. The bearing is a separable structure with inner ring and outer ring. Cylindrical roller bearings with no flange on the inner ring or outer ring can be used as free end bearings because their inner ring and outer ring can move relatively axially. Cylindrical roller bearings with double flanges on one side of the inner ring and outer ring and a single flange on the other side can withstand a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, steel plate stamping cages or copper alloy turning cages are used. However, some of them use polyamide shaped cages.

Cardan Universal Joint

Cardan universal joint(universal coupling, U-joint, Spicer or Hardy Spicer joint, Cardan joint, or Hooke's joint) is a kind of bearing composed of cross/coupling/spider and four 4 grease-filled needle roller bearings. It is commonly used with shafts that transmit rotary motion. It can transmit large torque at low friction.

Spindle Bearing of Machine Tool

Machine tool spindle bearing is the spindle bearing of precision machine tools and similar equipment, which is important to ensure the working accuracy and performance of precision machine tools.Precision spindle bearings include precision angular contact ball bearings 70 series, 719 series, 72 series, precision cylindrical roller bearings N10 series, NN30 series, and precision ball screw support bearings TAC series.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings feature a cup and cone assembly. The cup is comprised of the outer ring and the cone assembly consists of inner ring, rollers, and cage. This bearing construction accommodates combined loads and provides low friction during operation. By adjusting one single row tapered roller bearing against a second tapered roller bearing and applying a preload, a rigid bearing application can be achieved.

Rolling Mill Bearings

Rolling mill bearings refer to those used in the rolling industry, i.e. rolling of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic products. It is used for bearing at the roll diameter of calendering roll system and on the drum. Generally, four row cylindrical roller bearings are used to bear radial loads, while thrust roller or thrust ball bearings and centripetal angular contact ball or centripetal roller bearings bear axial loads. At present, oil air lubrication or oil mist lubrication and grease are mostly used for lubrication and cooling.

SL Full Loaded Cylindrical Roller Bearing

SL full loaded cylindrical roller bearings are usually guided by two edges of a bearing ring, and the cage, roller and guide ring form an assembly, which is generally separable bearings. This kind of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, especially when the inner and outer rings are required to have interference fit with the shaft and housing.
